This is an email I promised Bec when I saw her last at the Handover.

... Thanks James for your expert guidance throughout this process, and for being available when we needed you.

 

Steve and the boys have been fantastic onsite, always hard working, always approachable and responsive to any requests from us. 

 

Special shout out to Bec for guiding us through the selection process and the allowances. I'm sure it must be a frustrating job handling all our questions and waiting on our answers, but you never showed it. Professional always and meticulous in keeping us on track!

 

We are now up and running with our first airbnb guests! That alone feels like a huge weight lifting from our shoulders and we can now stop to say thank you properly.

 

So, thank you for such an all round professional job. We will be recommending you (and [Alex Urena Design Studio]) to our friends and anyone who asks.
